I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The City View from the room was amazing, and the fold-out hide-a-bed was convenient. The 2 full-size beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the limited hanging space with virtually no closet or dresser, making it a bit challenging to organize clothes.
Rooms
9.0
The rooms were very clean and comfortable with great City View.
Service
8.0
The staff was all very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, they could be more efficient in cleaning up after guests who left wet towels and dirty glasses around.
Location
9.0
The hotel's downtown location was excellent, near the convention center, ASU downtown campus, and within walking distance of various eateries and fast-food dining places. It was very convenient for both walking and ride shares.
Dining
8.0
I had a great experience at the restaurant, especially with the rum drink. The prices were somewhat high but the service was excellent.
Facilities
9.0
The pool and exercise facilities were wonderful. However, the parking was expensive, and there was limited room to hang clothes in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff. The location was great, close to downtown and the convention center, but the limited space in the rooms was a downside. The dining experience was fantastic, especially given the scorching weather during my visit.
Rooms
8.0
My room was on a middle-level floor overlooking the pool, and it was nice with great Internet service and good water pressure in the shower. The only downside was the limited space for hanging clothes due to robes and ironing board.
Service
9.0
The staff was courteous and quick to correct any issues. They even upgraded my room for an early check-in, making me feel very welcome. The service throughout my stay was excellent.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was very convenient, close to downtown, the convention center, and Chase Field. However, parking a car was expensive, and the room had limited space for hanging clothes.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was a huge bonus, especially with the extremely hot weather. The homemade desserts were a delight, though the continental breakfast fell a bit short of full-service hotel standards.
Facilities
9.0
The pool and exercise facilities were wonderful, and the new lifestyle fitness equipment was a great addition to the amenities.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff did their best to accommodate requests, and the pool and exercise facilities were wonderful. However, the rooms were a bit small, and parking was expensive. Overall, a decent place to stay for a short visit.
Rooms
8.0
My room was on the club level, decent in size, clean, and had a comfortable bed with cold A/C. Although not very spacious, it was well-maintained and had a south-facing view. However, the limited space for hanging clothes could be improved.
Service
7.0
The staff, including the restaurant waitress, honored our towel request and did their best under the circumstances. However, there were instances of rudeness that slightly affected the overall service experience.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was ideal, especially if you are attending events at the conference center or Chase Field. Easy access to major highways and proximity to various attractions made it a convenient choice. However, parking was costly.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was decent, with a limited selection that included cooked food for $18 and an all-you-can-eat option for $11. While the options were satisfactory, there is room for improvement in the variety offered.
Facilities
8.0
The pool and exercise facilities were top-notch, featuring new lifestyle fitness equipment. However, parking fees were on the higher side, making it less ideal for extended stays.
